Projection screens
Beamax offers a wide range of projection screens that make the
most of your projector.
When you are looking for a special projection
screen for your situation, then there are various solutions
available:
For dedicated cinema rooms, the A-series and the A-velvet fixed frame
projection screens are the right choice.
Fixed frame screens are always in
sight, but are the best when it comes to the planarity of the screen's surface.
Tension from 4 sides ensures the projection fabric is perfectly
For rooms with a high ceiling, the tensioned
in-ceiling and M-series tensioned
allow you to have the screen close
to the ceiling, while keeping the
projection at the right viewing height. That's because the tensioning
system pulls the
fabric flat from the sides, creating a distortion free
projection area.
This allows you to have a black border above the projection
area as big as 80 cm (31.5") for tensioned screens and 60 cm (23.6") for non-tensioned M-series screens.
When you want to start with a good screen
and don't want to spend a fortune, the R-series manual projection screen
is a great option. It
features an easy-to-install case, has an automatically braking retraction
system that prevents the
screen from accidental damage and is avalaible from
77" to 150". The motorised version of the R-series is the
M-compact electric projection screen.
It's just as easy to install and you don't even need an electrician or
contractor
to wire it up - it's all be done for you.
It's possible to
enjoy your projection screen, without ever seeing it when it's not in use. And
that's why the in-ceiling range
has become popular rapidly. You hide
everything in your false ceiling and at the press of a button, you have a
full-blown
home cinema. The regular in-ceiling screens are perfectly flat,
but if you want to have the best-of-the-best (and want to
pay the premium to
get it), the tensioned in-ceiling is the right pick. The additional lateral
tension brings out the best in
your projector - and HD projection
especially.
